What we do with your details
Short version: we keep what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to reply to you, and that’s it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on Start a project: whether you’re a player, brand, league or something else, your name, your email address, and optionally a phone number, a website or social handle, the services you’re interested in, and your message.
We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string with each enquiry, to spot automated spam. The hash can’t be turned back into an IP address.
What we do with it
We reply to you about the work you’ve asked about. We don’t sell your details, we don’t pass them to anyone else, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.gstatic.com.
Where it’s kept
On our own server in the UK. Enquiry notifications are sent through Postmark, and our mailbox is hosted by Migadu. Nothing is stored outside those.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we’re talking, and cleared out once a project is either running or clearly not happening. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Getting it removed
Email hello@dartsmedia.co.uk and we’ll delete your record and confirm it. You don’t have to give a reason.
